Welcome to the movie review world, SDM style.  It goes like this, WE DON'T WATCH THE MOVIES.  Instead our highly trained attack reviewer FoxXy takes a gander at the previews, consider the hype, put it through the grinder and give you our take on the situation.  It's a simple process really, but we're the ones doing it.

This Friday Urban Legend comes out. The movie has a well rounded cast consisting of Alicia Witt (Cybill) , Jared Leto (My So Called Life), Joshua Jackson (Dawson's Creek), Rebecca Gayheart (the Noxema Girl), Tara Reid (The Big Lebowski), Michael Rosenbaum (Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil), Loretta Divine (Waiting to Exhale), and Freddy himself-Robert Englund. Now I just want to say I really like these movies that give up and coming actors and actresses a chance to show just how good they are. Instead of sticking with the same old reliable people they branched out and have assembled a pretty good cast. But that's just part of it. The whole movie is about Urban Legends-the scary stories your friends always told you to try and scare the crap out of you. And hey you can admit it, I know you were scared. But you always knew they were just stories, right? Well this movie puts a twist on that-the so-called stories start to come true! Freaky huh? I thought so too. But I definitely think this is going to be a good movie. I mean its all the things you've ever heard about and they are actually happening.

Go and see it. Preferably with a friend…at night. And remember its just a movie.
